about

Best known for being part of Violent Attitude If Noticed, The Opposite Of Hate and Death By Visitation Of God, Will Geraldo is now releasing his debut solo album 'We Share The Same Moonlight' which sums up a wide range of influences where Art Rock, Electronica, Trip Hop and Acid Jazz with an extra dose of experimentalism work really well together. "It's an album conceived from a variety of ideas and a lot of genre bending but at the same it's very much my way of thinking when it comes to writing music", says Will. We at Gloria Mundi Records highly recommend this record.

Track Name: The Word Against Us
(Instrumental Piece)
Track Name: That's Me In The Mirror
That's Me In The Mirror

The world outside is empty
It has nothing to offer and nothing to share
People's minds are empty
No more ideas or dreams or wonders or subjects to talk about
Borders have closed down
I'm not going back there
Corporations and politicians
Took over beyond any doubt

When I look into the mirror
I see what it seems to be my face
Unsure if that is the real me

I played my part but nobody understood
I tried everything I could
I thought they would

Sitting down on your coach
Watching TV and asking yourself
Why nothing changes to me ?
Why nothing changes to you ?

Cars, house, plane, drugs, holiday,
Work, money, girls, vote, furniture, sex, wine ...

What is all that about ?

That's me in the mirror

What have I become ?

What have we become ?
Track Name: Perchance
(Instrumental Piece)
Track Name: Same Difference
Same Difference

Show me how to see
Make me understand
Try ignoring things I've said
I'd rather listen to your words

So come and hold my hand
I need you to guide me along this way
Teach me how to live
I beg you please don't leave me alone here

My path seems to remain unclear
And the pain is a lot to take
I'm sure that better days will come
No one said it would be always bright

So come and hold my hand
I need you to guide me along this way
Teach me how to live
I beg you please don't leave me alone here
Track Name: Quiet As A Mouse
(Instrumental Piece)
Track Name: Sui Generis
Sui Generis

I'm not that kind of person
You would invite for dinner
But if you met me on the street
I'm sure you would recognize me

I tried to cross the street of our lives
Without looking at both sides
Anyone could easily see
A feeling coming and crashing right into me

If it was meant to happen
No matter what I try to say
We are one of a kind
I've come to this conclusion today

I tried to cross the street of our lives
Without looking at both sides
Anyone could easily see
A feeling coming and crashing right into me
Track Name: Remember September
Remember September

A normal day
Just like any other
I woke up
I did my things
I walked the dog
I went to work and then …

Then everything changed

No one would say
We would end up this way
I better go
Before you lose control

Then everything changed

Remember September
Track Name: The Darkened Room
The Darkened Room

It wasn't in this life
That they got together forever
They'll keep on trying hundreds of times
And life after life after life after life
Trying to overcome the pain they don't even know is there

She says / He says

A day without you is more than I can bear
The darkened room is open
The door couldn't hold them all

They gotta learn how to live again
They gotta learn how to accept
And how to understand
And how to see through someone else's eyes

He says / She says

A day without you is more than I can bear
The darkened room is open
The door couldn't hold them all

They'll be waiting until it finally happens
Track Name: The Writer
The Writer

We've chosen beyond these lines
But you don't seem to realize
The story isn't finished yet
There are some blank pages left

Almost a fairytale
If it wasn't for this detail
So much we've got to say
So much we've got to do
It's hard to believe is true

We've chosen different ways to go
But a true dream always set its tone
It's down to others to decide
Which words and verbs we'll have to write

Almost a fairytale
If it wasn't for this detail
So much we've got to say
So much we've got to do
It's hard to believe is true
Track Name: The End Of The Word
(Instrumental Piece)
